Tom Freeman is the Managing Partner of Pacific Advisors NV, where he and his team of experienced advisors provide comprehensive financial planning strategies for business owners. Together, they help align business strategy, personal wealth, and long-term legacy goals through thoughtful, disciplined planning.

Tom leads a collaborative team that works with closely held business owners on complex planning needs, including succession and exit planning, risk management, and retirement planning. His role blends strategic oversight with hands-on guidance, ensuring clients benefit from both senior leadership perspective and specialized advisor experience.

As Managing Partner, Tom oversees firm strategy, advisor development, and the overall client experience. He has built a team-driven planning model focused on clarity, accountability, and continuity, so clients are supported by a coordinated group aligned around their goals.

Outside of the firm, Tom’s priorities are rooted in faith, family, and community. He and his family are actively involved in their local church and support charitable organizations by giving their time, resources, and expertise to causes focused on strengthening families and serving others. This same commitment to stewardship and service shapes how he leads his team and serves clients.
